For example, Northshore Composites have made tooling and finished assemblies for domes and finials for installation on a number of mosques throughout the country. Here the versatility of composite materials can be used to great effect to provide the distinctive shapes and finishes which characterise these buildings, whilst delivering products that are virtually maintenance free.

Cladding
 
The scope for finishing buildings with a GRP composite cladding is wide. Columns, soffits, panelling, eve detail and sills all lend themselves to composite construction. Northshore Composites have considerable experience in the production of composite cladding for a wide variety of applications.

Working with the principal subcontractor, SBFI Limited, Northshore Composites manufactured patterns and moulds for the production of over 1100 cladding components for Ontario Airport's new North Terminal.
