Water
Northshore Composites have worked extensively with in the water industry. Our ability to produce tooling was stretched to new dimensions on the Northumbria Water Howdon project. Over 200 composite components were produced for this odour control scheme when Northshore was called in to manufacture a network of walkways, gussets and access boxes for this complex new facility.
Tank Covers
The Glass Reinforced Plastic composite lends itself well to multiple moulding of similar shaped product. A tank cover being a good example of a large moulded structure constructed from multiple similar segments. Northshore Composites have considerable experience in the development and production of tank covers ranging in size from six to twenty six metres in diameter.
Rail Industry
The nations rail industry is currently under going radical regeneration and upgrade in terms of both standing and rolling infrastructure. This is an industry which demands high standards and competitive pricing from reliable suppliers over long project runs.
